Mushrooms; Chestnut

  A darker-skinned variety of the common cultivated Paris mushroom (Agaricus Bisporus). When mature its named has been changed into Portobello/Portabella by British supermarkets who sell it as a high profit item. They do have a little more flavour than their white cultivated cousins.
