Rorer, Sarah Tyson

(1849-1937) An important American food cookery writer, who as well a scribing over 50 books, opened the Philadelphia Cooking School in 1883. Her most influential books were 'Mrs Rorer's Philadelphia Cook Book' (1886) and 'Mrs Rorer's New Cook Book' (1902).
