Gruth Dhu

A Scottish cheese consisting of 'Crowdie' and fresh pasteurised cream, rolled in oats and crushed peppercorns. It's excellent on oatcakes, as a filling for baked potatoes or in salads. It"s sometimes known as "Black Crowdie".
