White Trash cooking
A type of cooking practiced in the U.S.A. Based around three ingredients - Saltmeat (generally bacon/ham, cornmeal and molasses. Only three items of cooking equipment are needed - a Dutch oven, a flat pan for cornbread and a skillet.
