Seven-spice mixture

A condiment used in Japan,where it's known as 'shichimi tagarashi'. The proportions vary, but the mixture is made up of sansho powder (ground Sichuan pepper), chili powder, black hemp seeds or white poppy seeds, white sesame seeds, ground dried mandarin orange peel and dried nori seaweed.
