St. Andrews

An excellent Scottish rind-washed, cows milk cheese, made by Graham Webster at his dairy in Perthshire. It's creamy, with a mild yeasty flavour - but with a strong-flavoured golden rind.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
