Cowslip Cheese

A soft spreadable cows' milk cheese, made by The High Weald Dairy at Horsted Keynes in Mid Sussex, using organic pasteurised milk from their own farm.

They also make a version with added chives. The dairy say it’s excellent served instead of clotted cream with scones – although we’ve yet to try this combination. Cheeses are made in 100gr buttons and 2kg tubs. For more information see (
