Lindisfarne Mead Cheese

Made by the Reed's at Swaledale, North Yorkshire - this is a cows' milk cheese, based on Swaledale, but with added mead from St. Aiden's Winery on Holy Island. The result is a creamy cheese with a slightly-sweet honey flavour. See 'Swaledale'

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
