Epicure Potatoes

A 1st Early potato, 'floury' variety raised by James Clarke of Christchurch, in Hampshire, and introduced by Suttons in 1897. It's a hybrid of the magnum Bonum and the Early Regent. It has deep-set eyes and is at its best as a floury new potato.
