Cratloe Hills

An award-winning, semi-hard, sheeps' cheese with a light slightly-caramel flavour. It's made by Sean and Deirdre Fitzgerald at Cratloe in County Limerick, The Republic of Ireland, with milk produced by their 300 pedigree Friesland ewes.
