A fresh sheeps' milk cheese, made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet at Menallack Farm in Cornwall.

Cheeses are made in a similar style to Coulommiers and are generally found in vacuum-packed in 500gr units. They have a creamy texture and the slightly-sweet flavour you'd expect from a sheep milks cheese.
