Westcombe Dairy Traditional Mature Cheddar

One of BritainÂ’s best CheddarÂ’s, produced by Westcombe Dairy near Shepton Mallet in Somerset.

Cheeses are made with unpasteurised cows' milk, using traditional rennet, and there are no short-cuts producing the cheeses, which made in 24-25kg cylinders, cloth-bound and matured for between 11 to 18 months. For more information see www.westcombedairy.com (http://www.westcombedairy.com/)
