Producers of artisan cheeses at Broadheath in Worcestershire. They include 'Elgar Mature' (a strong traditionallly-made Cheddar, bound in cloth), 'Lightwood Smoked' (as above, but smoked over oak chips), 'Olde Gloster' (a traditional Double Gloucester, using carrot juice as the colouring), 'Little Urn' (a hard ewes' milk cheese of medium strength, similar in style to Manchego) and 'Lightwood Chaser' (a soft cheese, based on the French Chaource. When very young it's mild and creamy, when more mature it becomes quite powerful). The also make their own butter.
