Doddington Dairy

A top-class dairy producing a range of cheeses produced by the Maxwell family from their herd of Normandy and Friesian cows, reared in the Glendale Valley, at Doddington Dairy, Wooler, Northumberland. Cheeses include 'Admiral Collingwood', 'Baltic', 'Berwick Edge', 'Cuddy's Cave', 'Smoked Cuddy's Cave' and 'Doddington'.
