A modern Welsh cheese, made by Caws Cenarth at Lancych in Carmarthenshire. Although not traditional, it's based on the dairies long-standing and award winning Caerphilly/Caerffili so both organic and unpasteurised, but adapted to allow a natural white mould to develop.
