Caws Cerwyn

A fresh, young, cows milk cheese, made by Pant Mawr Farmhouse Cheese, at Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire in Wales. They also produce an oak-smoked variety, plus a 'Mature' version. The name comes from the highest mountain in the Preseli range. For more information see (
