The Jenner family produce of a range of good goats cheese, made using pasteurised milk from their own herd. These include 'Caprini' (q.v.), 'Gun Hill' (flavoured with garlic & herbs), 'St. George' (q.v.), 'St. Stephen' (mildly-flavoured with garlic, chives & parsley), 'Sussex Yeoman' (a hard-pressed cheee), 'Wealdway' (coated with herbs or seeds), 'Wealdway Mature' (a strong cheese coated in charcoal) and 'Worldsend' (flavured with cranberries, apricots or ginger).
