An award-winning, organic ewes milk soft cheese made by The High Weald Dairy at Horsted Keynes, Mid Sussex with pasteurised milk from their own sheep and vegetarian rennet.
Cheeses have a sharp refreshing flavour and creamy texture, and are made in rounds of about 125gr and logs of about 500gr.
