St. George Cheese

A pasteurized, Camembert-style, goatsÂ’ milk cheese made at the Nut Knowle Farm Dairy at Gun Hill in East Sussex. Cheeses are made in 275gr rounds, and are released for sale after 2 weeks, but develop more flavour if they are left to mature for a longer period.
