An old-fashioned word used in universities to refer to the Port from the bottom of the decanter. The tradition was, that if you serve yourself with wine, as the decanter is passed around the table (always to the left), if you finish the bottle without fully filling your glass - you are entitled to an extra 'free' glass - a 'buzz'.
