St. Vincent; (also known as Vincent of Saragossa & Vincent the Deacon)
The patron saint of wine growers and wine merchants, as well as that of Portugal. A devout Christian who was tortured for his faith in Valencia, but although he converted his jailer, was martyred in c. 304. His feast day is celebrated on January 22nd.
