Bosworth Ash Log Cheese

An unpasteurised lactic goats’ milk cheese, made by Innes Cheese at Highfields Farm in Staffordshire using animal rennet. Cheeses are made in the shape of a log, then rolled in salted ash – the logs have a pleasant nutty flavour.
