Sungiku (Chryssanthemum Coronarium):

Sh The leaves of this plant are popular in Japan, where it's treated in the style of spinach, but can now sometimes be found here. They can also be used in salads, or added to scrambled eggs. The flowers are edible, and liven-up a salad.
