Point; Fernand: (1897-1955)

The father of modern French cooking, and one of the greatest chefs that ever lived. Other top chefs, such as Paul Bocuse, Alain Chapel and Louis Outhier trained under his wing at his restaurant La Pyramid at Vienne, near Lyons.
