An award-winning cheese, made from organic, but pasteurised, cows' milk - by Daisy & Company - at TreeTops Farm near Bruton in Somerset, from the farms Jersey cattle.It resembles Brie in style but has more flavour.

They also make Black Eyed Susan, developed from it, - but has black pepper added; Indian Blanket - smoked over oak chips and Viper's Grass - flavoured with garlic and chopped chives. All are named after daisy varieties. For more information visit (
