Smoked Eel

Eel, smoked whole – ideally over oak, or another single wood variety to give a distinct character. It's ideal served as a starter, as part of a salad, or made into a paté. In all cases, the skin will have to be carefully skinned and the centre bone removed.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
