Binham Blue Cheese
A creamy blue pasteurised cows milk cheese , made by Mrs Temple's Cheeses near Wells-next-the-Sea, from the farms herd of British Holsteins. It's delicious in its own right, but also good used cooked in quiches.
Binham Blue is the third cheese from the top in the photograph of the farms cheese varieties.
