Warham Cheese

A semi-soft pasteurised cows milk cheese , made by Mrs Temple's Cheeses near Wells-next-the-Sea, from the farms herd of British Holsteins. It's made flavoured with either cumin, mustard or tomato. It's made in 2kg rounds, and is the fourth cheese from the top in the photograph of the farms cheese varieties.
