Walsingham Cheese

A pressed mature pasteurised cows milk cheese, made by Mrs Temple's Cheeses near Wells-next-the-Sea, from the farms herd of British Holsteins. It can be used in any way you might use Cheddar, and is made in 5kg rounds. In the photograph, Walsingham is at the bottom of the stack of the cheese varieties produced on the farm.
