Vipers Grass

A soft cheese, made by Daisy and Co. at Tree Tops Farm near Bruton in Somerset, with pasteurised organic milk from their herd of Jersey cattle.

The cheese resembles a full-flavoured brie in style, but is flavoured with garlic and chopped chives.
