Woodfalls Cheese

A hard cheese, matured for around 9 months, made from the pasteurised cows milk from a single herd of Ayrshire cows owned and managed by the Ode family at Upper Wooton near Basingstoke. The cheese is made by Loosehanger Farmhouse Cheeses near Salisbury. There are various 'flavour additions' to the base cheese. For more information see (
