Rice Bran Oil
A type of oil particularly-suitable for cooking, as it has little flavour and a high smoke point (above 250ºC). It's extracted from a layer of rice grains between the husk and the kernel hence the term bran.
The oil is mono-unsaturated and cholesterol free giving it a strong following as the healthiest all-purpose culinary oil.
