A low fat Crowdie-type cheese, made from pasteurised cows' milk, flavoured with wild garlic and then rolled in toasted hazelnuts,, by the Highland Fine Cheese Company (q.v.) of Knockbreck, Ross & Cromarty. The cheese has a mousse-like texture.
The company also make similar cheeses, including Hramsa, which is like Galic, but without the hazelnuts.
