Highland Fine Cheeses Ltd
Cheeses have been made by the Stone family, at their farm near Tain, since 1951. They now make a range of Crowdie-type cheeses using pasteurised cows' milk. These include 'Highland Crowdie', 'Black Crowdie'; 'Caboc', 'Galic'; 'Gruth Dhu', 'Hramsa' and - 'Strathdon Blue' - plus 'Highland Brie' and 'Blue Monday' for the Evenlode Partnership (q.v.).
