A low fat Crowdie-type cheese, made from pasteurised cows' milk, flavoured with wild garlic, by the Highland Fine Cheese Company of Knockbreck, Ross & Cromarty. The cheese has a mousse-like texture.
The company also make similar cheeses, including Galic, which is like Hramsa, but rolled in toasted hazelnuts.
