Producers of 'Yarg Cornish Cheese' - named after one of it's founders Jennie Gray (Yarg is Gray spelt backwards) - which is memorable for being wrapped in nettle leaves and 'Wild Garlic Yarg Cornish Cheese'.
In 2006 the dairy undertook a major move from Netherton Farm near Liskeard, which also involved a change of ownership - but gave them larger premises - where they can handle 2,000,000 litres of milk per year.
