A pasteurised cows' milk cheese, made by the family-run Connage Highland Dairy, near Inverness in Scotland.

It's made in the style of a Brie, so creamy and nutty, and won a Gold Medal at the 2007 World Cheese Awards. Cheeses are made in 250gr rounds.
