An organic cows' milk cheese made with unpasteurised milk from the herd kept by Loch Arthur Creamery at Beeswing in Dumfries.

The cheese is made from the base of the dairies popular Loch Arthur cheese, but rather than being allowed to mature for 6 months or more, is ripened for just 2 to 3 weeks.

The cheese has a nutty texture, and is offered in plain herb or green peppercorn varieties – in 280gr/10 oz rounds.
