Glen Moray Carola
A whisky rind-washed version of Carola, which is a semi-soft to firm cows' milk cheese, made by Wester Lawrenceton in Moray, with unpasteurised organic milk from their herd of Ayrshire cattle.
While the cheese retains the mild heather and herb flavour of Carola, they have a deeper, sweeter taste.
