An award-winning mould-ripened Coulommiers-style cheese, made with organic thermised milk from the estate's Jersey cattle. Salt, starter cultures and vegetable rennet are the only additions to the milk. Cheeses are made in 1kg & 500gr rounds, plus 250gr squares.
