A semi hard organic cheese made in both plain and chive & garlic varieties by The Sharpham Creamery in Devon, with milk from their Jersey herd.
The cheese was originally made by Robin Congdon at Ticklemore Cheese nearby when it went under the name of Devon but Sharpham Creamery took over production when Ticklemore decided to simplify their operations.
It has concentrated sweet grassy and wild flower flavours, and is made in spheres of around 2kg. For more information see www.sharpham.com/cheeses.htm (http://www.sharpham.com/cheeses.htm)
