Northumberland Cheese Company

An artisan dairy making a variety of cheeses. Their signature cheese 'Northumberland' is a pasteurised cows' milk cheese, and made plain and in about 8 other varieties – ranging from garlic to smoked.

They also make 'Elsdon' – a pasteurised goats' milk cheese, and 'Redesdale' a ewes' (sheeps') cheese – all use vegetarian rennet.

A shop and popular café is a bonus, and offers light lunches.
