A top-class cheese artisan producer using milk from his herd of rare-breed Gloucester cattle whenever possible; although when necessary, this is combined with Friesian milk produced locally.
He is perhaps most famous for making 'Stinking Bishop', but also makes award-winning 'Single Gloucester', 'Hereford Hop' and 'Double Berkeley Cheeses'.
