Village Maid Cheese

A top-class artisan cheese producer run by the Wigmore family. They produce 'Spenwood' (a hard sheeps' milk cheese) 'Waterloo' (a semi-soft cows' milk cheese) and 'Wigmore' (a semi-soft sheeps' cheese) using unpasteurised milk who they buy-in from carefully selected farms.
