Wester Lawrenceton Sweet-Milk Cheese
An award winning cheese, based on a traditional Dunlop recipe, and so called because the cream isn't skimmed from the milk.
The cheese can be eaten after about 8 weeks, when it is semi-soft and buttery, but as it develops a few months age becomes firmer. For more information contact: Wester Lawrenceton Farm, By Forres, Moray, IV36 2RH
