An award-winning unpasteurised cows' milk cheese made by The Teifi Dairy in Dyfed, using vegetarian rennet. Cheeses are Gouda in style, but rind-washed which gives herby flavours. Cheeses are 600gr in size, but a larger version sold under the name 'Saval' weighs in at 2kg.
