A traditional dairy, producing a range of around a dozen cheeses ranging from a 'Creamy' and 'Crumbly' Lancashire (plus various flavoured varitions such as Garlic & Herbs' & 'Apple, Cinnamon & Raisin') through Red Leicester, Double Gloucester, White Stilton and an award-winning White Cheshire to 'Inglewhite Goats Cheese' and a top-class 'Lancashire Blue'.
All (except the goats cheese) are made with pasteurised milk from the farm's herd of Friesan-Holsteins.
