Mrs Rhodes Farmhouse Toaster

A fully-matured Lancashire cheese, with a strong, sharp tang – made with pasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet by Carron Lodge at Inglewhite in Lancashire. It is excellent cooked – on Welsh Rabbit for example.
