Carron Lodge Lancashire Blue

A blue-version of Lancashire cheese, made with pasteurised cows' milk and vegetarian rennet by Carron Lodge at Inglewhite in Lancashire. Cheeses are matured in a purpose-built on site cave – enabling the bacteria to develop and grow naturally.
