Shorrocks Lancashire Black Bomb

A dramatic-looking cheese, made by the Shorrock family at New House Farm, Goosnargh in Lancashire, using unpasteurised milk from their farm.

Cheeses, made in 460gr rounds with vegetable rennet, are creamy – but have a powerful flavour.

If you enjoy cooking take a minute to look at ‘Simon Scrutton French Cookery Classes’ on Google – and learn how to make top class bistro-style dishes. Suitable for beginners upwards. Small classes.
